Carrie Johnson Bridal requires that all customer's remove their shoes in an effort to keep our gowns clean. We may suggest, for your convenience, to bring alternate footwear such as slippers or socks.
Refunds and Exchanges
Carrie Johnson Bridal's store policy is that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
If you are interested in viewing our bridal collection, we do require appointments. Scheduling an appointment will ensure there is a bridal specialist available to work with you as well as a fitting room. We will do our best to accommodate week day walk-ins however, our appointments will take priority. Saturday's and Sunday's are by appointment only, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
